The sense of lighting is also very good and adds to the perspective, and the picture seems to glow in the distance. You have a very good use of different values, and I can see that clearly with the monotone color palette you used.
One thing I will say, however, is I am a little unsure as to whether there is a figure standing on the ledge more to the right. That isn't necessarily negative, however, because I suppose it could reflect whatever the viewer wants to see. That could also add to the dreaminess and impressionism the picture has.
Overall, I don't really have anything negative to say, very nice work! It drew me in!
