Hi all !

It's been a long time since I last wrote a journal entry here, so the new year is a perfect moment to start one again, so first of all,

Happy new year !

now that you have an awesome 2011 Wallpaper, your ready to start of a brand new year, and for me it will be a great one I hope !

first news, I stopped "traditionnal" school to enter graphic design studies, wich is more than great for me ! I already started working on some really interesting things, and it will continue for at least a year. It gives me more free time for my design, and it help me improve my skills, so that's all good ! (and no more crappy math homeworks, yay !)

I also entered in some design contest lately, especially the Artec/Onboard Design contest (check my entry below) we had to design a snowboard top-sheet graphic, and the 3 first winners, will win their own design printed on a board, and will get that board ! (more info here : [link] )

Je vient de finir mon stage de 3 semaines dans l'agence de communication et de Graphisme X-prime : [link]
j'ai vécu pendant 3 semaines (9h30-18h30) dans le pôle création de l'agence, qui est composé d'une dizaine de graphistes.

et j'ai eu l'opportunité de faire un petit projet pour leur blog "Blogoergosum", il s'agit donc d'un infographique sur la défaite de l'équipe de France. un sujet qui à priori ne m'intéressait pas du tout... mais qui à finalement était pas mal enrichissant : [link]

As you may have noticed, I have not been so active in the last few days on DA.
that is because I'm starting to work a bit more out of DA, I have more and more proposition and...   That's awesome !

first of all I'll be interviewed on the blog [link] for an article about young designers.
the article will be composed of four interviews.
I'm so happy to have this opportunity !

I also started a Photoshop project for School. it's a contest where we have to design a poster about climate change. of course my photoshop skills will help me a lot I'll keep you in touch with this, it's almost finished !

And finally I had a proposition to realize this website : [link] for real.
I'm also excited with this project, cause RCT3 is a game that I really really love, and it would be awesome to do this site, even if this will be very hard.

and finally, I plan to "redesign" my DeviantArt page with some custom boxes and stuffs...

I started Photoshop in September 2008,
I learned everything from the Web, so first of all a Big thanks to all the great websites that provides tuts ! (PSDtuts, abduzeedo, and more...)
I discovered a new world : DeviantART, and I saw that using photoshop was really an art and that you could do about... everything with it. (and that's why I love it )
and I want to thanks a Thousand times all the guys from deviantART for creating such a great, complete, innovative, creative and Social website !

Hi !
I'm back from my vacation in the pyrenees, that was simply Awesome !
the weather was almost perfect : blue sky and deep powder during 5 days ! and it was just in time for the olympics !
my average day was : waking up at 8am, just in time for the opening of the resort; then shredding the slopes all day, from the snowpark to the powder of the big mountain, and finally, watching the olympics when I was back home ! perfect !

...but unfortunately I broke my thumb

Hi all !
I have a new journal skin, so I have to write something clever...

I'm going on vacation tonight, for one week, without internet, so no DA for one week...
anyway, I'm really excited, I'm going in the pyrenees to snowboard all the week long, in a really beautiful place !
